The 4th CryoNET Advanced Image Processing Workshop is a full-week training program hosted by the Umeå Centre for Electron Microscopy (UCEM). The workshop covers state-of-the-art techniques for single-particle cryoEM image processing, model building and validation, and tomographic workflows, combining lectures with intensive hands-on sessions led by leading researchers in the field.

Full-week attendance is mandatory.

Target Audience

The workshop is aimed at researchers in the life sciences holding an MSc or PhD, including PhD students, postdocs, and staff scientists. Priority is given to applicants with active cryo-EM projects who will directly benefit from advanced image processing training.
